The staff was the best. The service was terrific.- It was a short walk to the cable car, metro, shopping, restaurants, Plaza de España, and Gran Vía - a magnificent and perfect location overall.

Nice view of the avenue from our double room. Great location close to restaurants and bars 🍹. Shopping centers and a bakery were within walking distance which was convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by our spacious room at Indigo. The separate children's room was perfect for our little ones, and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, with a metro stop just a block away and a department store across the street. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and the fitness room was well equipped. The staff was always friendly and helpful. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location, although not in the heart of things, was still great and easily accessible by metro. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast, especially for an espresso lover like me, was spot on. I had a great experience and would certainly consider coming back.

This place is situated close to Casa de Mexico en Espana, making it a great spot to explore the surroundings. there are plenty of cafés and bakeries around, offering various choices for a quick bite. The restaurant located on the ground floor serves exceptional dishes that you won't want to miss out on.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Probably a bigger offer in breakfast

The location is great, right in the heart of the business district and close to the city center. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities, including good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed having a balcony to relax on and take in the views.
